On the 25th of September The Green Sofa Gallery presented a new exhibition Svarga by Nataliya and Victor Prodanchuk. Their works and Victor represents sculpture and Nataliya graphics on silk are united with a common idea, inspired by the Tripillia culture.
Svarga a symbol of eternity, is a main element of ornament and philosophical idea of the project. A group of scientists consider Tripillia to be origin of Ukrainians. So dont wander if you feel a strange feeling after watching their images, because these symbolic signs can be interpreted without prompts. The spirit of eternity in modern art gives it a deep and strong constituent.
The exhibition will be on until the 7t of October 2007.
Victor Prodanchuk was born in 1975 in Khmelnytskiy area. He aquired high education. His Diploma project Golgofa is situated in Uspenska Church in Lviv. He took part in creating different icons in Mykhaylivskiy and Zolotoverkhiy Cathedrals inKyivo-Pecherska Lavra. He took part in a lot of exhibitions.
Nataliya was born in 1976 in Lviv. She graduated Lviv Art Academy. She works as an artist, fashion designer and graphic. She took part in a lot of exhibitions and fashion shows in Ukraine and abroad.
