Eugenia Gapchinska is in Lviv again!

This year at Christmas, as well as last New Year, Eugenia Gapchinska presents Lviv with her remarkable creative works.

The exhibition is called “A Gift” and it will be on from the 8th to 20th 2008 in the Green Sofa Gallery.

It seems paradoxical, but Gapchinska with her bright and absolutely positive creative images is one of the most provocative artists in Ukraine.

Gapchinska suffers from unbelievable amount of criticism of art critics and envious colleagues because of her commercial success. Very often she is boycotted by galleries, first of all because of her independence (she owns two galleries in Ukraine).

At the same time the people adore her! Her popularity is unprecedented for Ukraine – she reached the level of a pop star. She introduced art into fashion. She made art fashionable for the wide social group of people, who had not been to any galleries before. She managed to stay herself, to preserve her own face in art.

Experience of the previous exhibition showed that there are lots and lots of people who would adore to own her works.In the Green Sofa Gallery you can enjoy them, charge your inner energetical batteries with her light and joy.
