On the 3d of April The Green Sofa Gallery presented a new exhibition CHICHA DOLL - REAL PRETTY GIRL, that is dedicated to the Easter. The basis of the exhibition is represented by the silk painting of Vita Protsiv and hand-made dolls by Inna Ivasiuk.

Vita Protsiv, a young 24- year old artist. She creates original girly images on silk, inspired by ethnic themes from all over the world. Her beauties are very sweet, enchanted and natural. Her works are full of really interesting plot.

The dolls by Inna Ivasiuk, the heiress of traditional magodzes, dolls made out of canwas and wool, decorated with rich ornaments done in different techniques with the usage of the national costume of Ukrainian noble people of the beginning the XXth century. She made even a naked Magodza. The doll-making is a very rare kind of art, almost extinct, and the ukrainian one as well.The Inna Ivasiuk creativity is a bright flash in the context of a modern art.

The Easter eggs, ceramic souvenirs, furniture in folk style and traditional Ukrainian icons add to the atmosphere of this exhibition.

Welcome to this display and enjoy the spirit of a festival of a Resurraction of our God, touch the source of our ethnos,listen to the songs of angels. The exhibition will be on until the 22nd of April.
