Borys Buriak was born in 1959 in Podvirne Chernivetsky region. Graduated Lviv Art Ivan Trush college, Lviv Art Academy. He is a member of The Union of Artists of Ukraine. He won a scholarship New namesin Moscow1992.
He is the author of more than 20 personal exhibitions in Ukraine, Poland, Germany, France, Belgium etc and he is a participant of 40 group exhibitions. He tought in Lviv Art Academy and there are a lot of Lvivian artists that follow his artistic manner.
He has been leading a very dynamic artistic life for more than 20 years.
