On the 15th of May The Green Sofa Gallery open a new exhibition
of Anna Atoyan entitled Who Knows.
Anna Atoyan was born in Lviv in 1967, graduated Lviv Art Academy,
Department of ceramics. She is a unique artist. Her works reflect
philosophical view on the different sides of our life. She pays
particular attention to the details, human emotions. She is somewhat
ironical; her characters are not always understood by everyone.
They can be appreciated only by a real gourmet of art. But those
who will feel them, let them deep into the soul, will be able
to perceive a uniqueness of every moment of our life, that was
captured in the works of the author.
Anna Atoyan tries to escape the banality. It is reflected in
her technique she works in the hot batik technique like no
one before her. Her batik is a tale, and a painting, and who
knows
The exhibition will be on until the 27th of May.
